On January 3rd, the university launched the 6th“Internet+” College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. With great enthusiasm, 136 teams of students from different schools have signed up for the competition according to preliminary statistics.
The “Internet+” College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is a large-scale competition organized by the Chinese government. It aims at deepening the reform of higher education through competitions, stimulating the creativity of college students, and promoting entrepreneurship and employment of college graduates.
The competition was formerly known as the “China ‘Internet+’ College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition”. It started in 2015 and is held once a year. In December 2019, the competition was renamed “China International ‘Internet+’ College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition", and an international competition group was established to promote the competition to countries around the world.
