On November 16th, the National Conference on MOOC Education Innovation was held in Beijing. More than 1200 representatives from universities and enterprises across China attended the conference. In the evaluation and selection of "MOOC-Based Mixed Teaching: Outstanding Cases",professor Wang Yang from School of Computer Science of SWPU was awarded the first prize.
Professor Wang's case focused on prominent issues that are frequently encountered, including localized utilization of high-quality education resources provided by local institutions and difficulties in the adaptation of traditional teaching methods to students in the era of "self media". She based her teaching on the need of different majors, carefully organized teaching resources, and effectively responded to the difficulties in the coupling of requirements from the diversity of majors and high-quality MOOC resources.
