Recently, the latest achievement of noble-metal-free MnS/In2S3 composite as highly efficient visible light driven photocatalyst for H2 production from H2S was published on Applied Catalysis B: Environmental. In this work, the MnS/In2S3 composites were successfully synthesized for photocatalytic H2 production from H2S for the first time. The highest H2 production i.e. 8360 μmol h-1 g-1 was obtained. The corresponding QE of this sample is as high as 34.2% at 450 nm even in the absence of any noble-metal co-catalysts, corresponding H2 evolution amount of 36440 μmol h-1.
